Fortunately, I have had the privilege while on this planet to experience fatherhood. It has been a rollercoaster ride—many times filled with apprehension, fears, but mainly pure joy of being part of seeing two amazing people grow from dependency right through to interdependency. The most significant thing I have learnt as a father is to let everyone develop their values and me to respect them, as they can only walk in their shoes and me in mine.
Happiness is infectious! When people are enjoying themselves and their work, they are highly productive. This simple theory motivated me to spend many hours discovering a simple system whereby a great working culture could be created whereby all would benefit.

Create a vision that inspires people to want to go the distance.
Create a culture that inspires people to look forward to coming to their place of work.
The last 15 years have been the most fantastic roller coaster educational ride.
The journey from student to mindshift and business strategist , which is knowing the science behind
goal setting and achieving has taught me so much.
Whether helping companies create high team morale or assisting dads run an effective business,
I have learnt so much about human drivers and self-sabotaging patterns.
